1. The Appellant was given two opportunities to supply a full copy of the decision they were seeking to challenge yet has failed to do so. 2. The Case Management Directions dated 24 March 2025 advised the Appellant that failure to comply with the direction to provide a copy of the decision and/or the attached "Pensions - right to appeal" form could lead to the Tribunal striking out their appeal under Rule 8(3)(a) of The Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (General Regulatory Chamber) Rules 2009 without further direction.
