Full judgment

1. MR JUSTICE WYN WILLIAMS: I have a form of consent from Miss Perreira which says: "I have received the claim form. I do not intend to attend the hearing. I do not intend to be represented at the hearing. I do not oppose the application and consent to the interim order to which I am subject being extend for the period of time being sought by the applicant and I consent to the application being dealt without a hearing." 2. The last part has been overtaken by events but, in my judgment, in the light of that document, it is appropriate to make an order which extends the interim order until 4.00 pm on 13 February 2013.
