1. The Appellant was given two opportunities to complete and return the "Pensions - right to appeal" form yet has failed to do so. 2. The Case Management Directions dated 1 August 2024 advised the Appellant that failure to comply with the direction to complete and return the "Pensions - right to appeal" form could lead to the Tribunal striking out their appeal under Rule 8(3)(a) of The Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (General Regulatory Chamber) Rules 2009 without further direction.
