1. THE MASTER: I think this application should be struck out. I have heard extensive argument and it seems to be clear there is no jurisdiction for me to hear this matter. If you are to pursue the remedy of an appeal, it seems to me I have given you sufficient indication as to how that might done, although you should not rely upon my advice, you should look it up yourself and take legal advice as appropriate to see what you can do but as far as I can see, the SCCO does not sit on appeal from an FTT judge.
