1. The Appellant has not filed a case management questionnaire as directed. 2. The Appellant has not responded to the application of the DVSA and the order dated 22 nd October 2024 asking him to show cause why his appeal should not be struck out on the basis that it cannot succeed – as two years have elapsed since the passing of his Part 1 test and all three Parts needs to be completed within two years.
