Full judgment

1. MR JUSTICE MELLOR: 1. The second application I have to deal with is the application to require the Official Receiver to appoint special managers. Three are proposed, Messrs Kershaw, Fisherman and Phillips of Teneo Financial Advisory Ltd. As I indicated in my previous ruling relating to the winding-up of the company, I pay special attention to the proposals with regard to the appointment of the special managers, and indeed, if the proposals for the special manager had not been before me, the outcome of the winding-up petition was likely to have been very different. 2. Mr Westwood on behalf of the Official Receiver has drawn my attention to the relevant jurisdiction in section 177 of the Insolvency Act and also the procedural requirements in the 2016 Rules. In all circumstances and based on the draft report of Mr Allen, which will be made into a final report, I am satisfied that I should appoint the special managers as nominated, and I will make the order in terms of the draft in the bundle before me. Epiq Europe Ltd hereby certify that the above is an accurate and complete record of the proceedings or part thereof. Lower Ground, 46 Chancery Lane, London WC2A 1JE Email: [email protected]
