1. The Appellant submitted a completed form GRC1 to the Tribunal by email on 17 th December 2025. This form was not accompanied with a copy of the decision being appealed however, and in case management directions of 23 rd January 2026, the Tribunal directed the Appellant to provide this by 6 th February 2026. Those directions notified the Appellant that a failure to comply could result in the appeal being struck out under Rule 8(3)(a). 2.
