Full judgment

1. MR JUSTICE BURNETT: This is an appeal which was launched pursuant to section 26 of the Extradition Act 2003 against a decision made by District Judge Zani on 6 January 2014 making an order for the extradition of the appellant to Poland. The detail no longer matters because the parties have come to terms. 2. The order I make is: (1) the appellant's appeal is dismissed; (2) there will be no order for costs save for a detailed assessment of the appellant's publicly funded costs; (3) pursuant to section 36(3)(b) I direct that the period of 10 days identified within section 36 is to start running on 4 October 2014 rather than today's date.
